ok so im gonna upgrade to ssd drives on all my computers including my test server, and im hoping i do not have to start all over again,, can i just backup my databases and my complete website test folder and once the new ssd drive is installed and with windows installed, transfer the backups back to where i got them from ?

example: website test server was in c:\ copy the backup website test server folder back to that location on the new ssd drive

Are you talking about localhost testing on your PC?
Yes export your databases & either copy the website directories to an external drive or get an external housing for the current HDD and access its files via USB after the newer SSD is functioning.
Some SSD's (ie. Samsung EVO) come with a program that will copy your entire HDD contents to your SSD if there is adequate storage space.

Ya when everything is set up fresh on your new SSD you can install your localhost server, create a new database and then import the copy of the old one into it.
Then copy the website directories to your new localhost environment (to the appropriate path ie. www).
If you made new DB names, changed between MySQL / MariaDB or changed DB port(s) you will have to adjust each SMF Settings.php file.
Any other changes you made to the newer environments may require repair_settings.php from the SMF website.
