I would have to look at the SA shop mod.
Just as a thought it would probably involve setting up an admin template that has inputs for how much to give for a high score & top score.
When a game saves a users score then it will add points to the database column value that the shop mod uses.
If Wayne (SA) was still active I'd ask him to do it but I don't think he is anymore.

Yeah that's one way of doing it. But you could probably use the shop admin template just add a input box. Even then you would still need to edit the Shopadmin.php or even just use a query and hard code the ammount hackish i know :P. This was the way i originaly done it on sleepy arcade all them years ago
...and people still want to use it. ;)
