This plug-in is designed to work with Simple Portal 2.3.7.
It will add extra conditional arguments to your custom display options for blocks.
It will allow multiple conditions to be met in order to display the block.
example:
~action|forum, &dlist|hello, abc|5
For the block to show the url will have to contain:
action=forum;dlist=hello;abc=5
