SMF Shop - Battle Life Card

I got this from some shop forum, don't know is was from the smfshopforum or the old sa forum.
However, I'm using this item on my forum, I added some improvements.

It should work just perfect.
Just remember to edit some values if you want, like the texts.

And please if someone can test this on the new versions of the Battle, would be great.

For the ones that are not understanding, by purchasing this item on the shop (sa shop or smf shop, I think works great in both), you will have to use it on your inventory, and you'll come back to life.
Just remember, that you have to be dead before.
