Monster Images should be dynamic

Monster images should be dynamic and use a textbox to write the path to the image and the drop-down box should be removed.

  So you would like to see an option for monster images that allow you to use a url or possibly upload your own image to the directory? Perhaps similar to how opting an avatar works in a SMF user profile?
