I made some changes to the GDPR settings.
Please let me know if it's not set properly (ie. annoying).
Even via a EU proxy, I still don't see anything so it's difficult to test at the moment.
Also I limited ads to 2 spots on the page so it's hopefully not annoying.

Hmm.. my browser must be set to block what you're referring to so I never noticed.

I assume this is the GDPR that I enabled a few weeks ago... I will disable it now until I can figure out how to set it properly.
It might also be because my IP is not European.. to tell you the truth I'm not sure how it works.

wow that's a nightmare to uncheck all the 'Legitimate Interest' boxes, I wouldn't mind if it had a 'Deny All' button at the beginning. Sure would put me off coming here so often as every time I get here I have to do it all over again.

All the arcade addons on phpBB have been abandoned, it's a shame ! Your extension on SMF looks a lot like what I knew 20 years ago, it's perfect.

Have you considered switching to SMF ?

SMF provides a conversion script to SMF 2.0.19 then you convert to SMF 2.1 (it's a 2 step process). A file (binary default for no file type) & DB backup should be done first.

Yes absolutely, but there are no longer any arcade addons on phpBB.

I was hoping there was a port of yours 

PhpBB has its own platform & if you search their main site you'll find an updated link to it. We only support SMF & its arcade platform here.

Well, build the portal from scratch and you will understand what I mean.

The mod has been tested & works fine on a default installation of SMF when installed via the package manager.

What version of SMF are you using?
Did the package manager show any errors when installing that you ignored?

When I attempt to view your SMF forum all I get is an error page.
It seems as though you may have some sort of improper server/environment configuration.
