The endpoint is supposed to be the web address for the Azure translator service.
The API path is supposed to be the expected path on that website.

When you applied for the subscription, it should have given you those specific values.
Try to use the defaults for those 2 top settings by checking the [Auto-Fill Default API Endpoint & Path Settings] option and then save it. Remember these have to be V3 code(s). They give you 2 of them when you subscribe.

Well I went back into this and found that although I could have sworn I seleted the translator correctly I hadn't. Also I didn't see the end point code on my first visit. After sitting here and reading and now reset all the settings to what I think is correct I'm still not getting the translator to work.
Again I have attached a screen shot of the current settings, if anyone has set theirs up already can you have a quick look at the image and see what I might have wrong please?

NOTE: I did see that there are 2 endpoint codes but only copied in the first one on the list. Again I have edited some of the code, but anyone looking who knows about it should be able to tell if I'm using the correct type of code in each box.

You have to use the region code name that contains no spaces.
I don't see uksouth on the first list but you can try it else try uk or ukwest.

I have set up the Azure API and input all the data to the arcade settings, api.PNG
(I have shortened the subs key)

I was under the impression that the app would translate the game info from the php file 'gwords' description to english.

Am I wrong? If so could the reason be that when creating the API I set it up as Linux rather than Windows or that I'm using 'UK South' as the region code?

Uninstalled games:

When I uninstall a game now the name of the game is not shown in the info window. It does when a game is installed.

I updated Ruffle using the built in arcade updater and when you use the 'Retrieve Github Ruffle Update' the .wasm file has no content, 0 kb.

I also uploaded todays Ruffle update (donwnloaded today from Ruffle page) using the browse option and when it uploads and auto extracts that too has no content.

The only way, for me at least, to ensure the update is done correctly is to do it manually via ftp.

I think the problem is that when the updates are extracted they're extracting a folder rather than the files because when I auto extract the files they go into a folder. If I then take all the extracted files and create a new archive the update works OK.

You can always change style to class and then include a custom css file.
Sometimes JavaScript is used to change the style directly though.
You can edit it so the class is changed instead for that scenario and provide the alternate classes.
ie. for orientation changes, etc.

The entire site on SMF 2.0. I have a test site thats running 2.1 and I agree. I was convinced I had done something that was affecting the site in various ways so I backed everything up and just deleted the whole site and started again  with a fresh install.

I think one of my issues is with my choice of themes that I like, the current one 'Curve Reborn' uses a lot of JS and another one I like 'Lamartine' has the same. The only one that seems to work OK without issues is Crips 'Cleantek 20g' but that's proably becuase there is very small amount of JS in it, I'm using it on my other site and wanted Quizland to be different.

I may play with that next year and see if I can change the colours etc to get it to be something like what I'm after.

Is that for the entire site or just the arcade? You can press F12 and choose a mobile size for your tablet's size and adjust the settings according in the css so it looks better on the tablet and it won't affect the desktop or other mobile sizes.

Not sure which smf version you are using but 2.0 sucks for mobile. 2.1 is way better and much easier to make changes. The only problem with it is they've grouped too many of the classes and styles together and you may have to separate them to get exactly what you want.

As far as the skins go, I'm playing with it right now. My biggest problem is getting used to seeing the styles/classes in the arcade's files and not in the css files. It keeps throwing me off. LOL

EDIT: Hard to figure out what styles/classes are in which arcade files using the web dev tools.
