Sorry I can't remember if I've asked this before.

Is there a way to see who has downloaded games, and how many from the Arcade?

No it doesn't keep download data for specific users but it does keep download counts for each game.
This is something I can add to it easily enough since there are currently 2 arcade member tables in the database.

SMF Arcade v2.6.9 now has this data displayed in a member's profile summary.
