I have enabled the "responsive mode", but it doesn't work.
Nothing happens using mobile.

When responsive mode is enabled it will attempt to fix any traditional HTML table structure to work with a mobile type display via a JavaScript bootstrap & some inserted CSS.
You will only see a difference with mods or themes that are using traditional HTML tables.
Anything newer will likely already be developed to use DIV tables and be mobile/responsive compliant.
The IE browser is not supported (Microsoft itself has officially dropped support as of June 15, 2022).
