Well, build the portal from scratch and you will understand what I mean.

The mod has been tested & works fine on a default installation of SMF when installed via the package manager.

What version of SMF are you using?
Did the package manager show any errors when installing that you ignored?

When I attempt to view your SMF forum all I get is an error page.
It seems as though you may have some sort of improper server/environment configuration.

Hi, Thanks you for your reply's, just to let you all know I have a test site SMF 2.1.4 a fresh install I ran the themes through which was using tiny portal and no issues, The themes were not built for the updated version of SMF AND PHONE COMPATIBLE That is OK, I have a new default theme I am using which seems to do the job,the themes thatwebtiryaki.com build for SMF  are beautiful themes and have some unique features that are really nice and make your forums stand out, the same as EhPortal Former SimplePortal which i ran in my forums about 10 years you all do beautiful work, keep up the good work and thank you. I have installed Battle 1.17.9.4. Attempting to go to Admin via hxxps://forum.yifftech.org/index.php?action=admin;area=battle, results in Error 500. I am new to SMF. I have no clue what i did. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I just attempted to duplicate your issue on a new SMF environment with nothing installed except EhPortal.
Enabling/disabling the SMF user setting to show online status doesn't result in any error.
The only thing EhPortal adds to the user profile is 2 options for its shoutbox but they're displayed in a different SMF template.

I suppose it's possible that a custom PHP block is causing the error.
Do you have any active custom blocks visible when on the user profile?
If you do.. temporarily disable them for a test.

Do you have any other mods installed that may alter user profiles?

 
 

Made my test site available and had one of the other members log on and try viewing their own profile and it generates the same 4 errors in the log. So this seems to happen to all users when viewing their own profile but not when viewing others. Not sure what to do about it at this point.

Default theme and I'm using v1.39.5. I'll try uploading a fresh set of files and see if that changes the behavior.

EDIT: Just uploaded a fresh set of file, re installed ehportal and I'm still getting the same behavior.

I can see that via your website those 2 themes are having mobile/responsive display issues and will test out a fix shortly.

For the moment I'm not able to duplicate the errors you are reporting.
Both my own profile & other profiles that have their age entered or not are working fine when tested.
Does this issue occur on the default theme or only on a custom theme?
Are you using EhPortal v1.39.5 ?
