When searching the arcade files using the FTP, just where do I install the games?
You don't have to use FTP.
Since you are a beta tester you can always use Arcade version 2.6.1-RC1.
Then you enable HTML5 file upload in the arcade admin.
After that you can use the "Admin -> Games" to upload & install your games.
However if you really want to use FTP then transfer game files to the ../Games folder path.
You'll still have to install them in the admin as they should appear in the install games list.

Thanks Chen, the reason I asked is you can only do 50 games at one time.. I'll give it a try..

Chen how do I do this.
I installed some H5 game, they show, but not when you want to play the game, you get nothing.
Ron, go to Arcade Settings and make sure that "Use HTML5 Upload Script" is checked then click "Save".
It is checked marked. I click on the game and no game opens, just nothing there see image below.
