DB-Uniform Collation Question

When you told me about the tool, you didn't specify which engine I should use, if one at all. Here's what I see in the image. That's the bottom portion of the db in question. Should the tables be MyISam or InnoDB?

Not sure if it helps but all my databases are 'InnoDB' there is no 'MyISam' anywhere
